Has anyone else realized that walking is just the simplest way to stay in shape?
Look - we all want to be fitter. Feel better, live longer, look sexier. I love picking up heavy stuff and playing sports, but you know what? It's just not enough; I still need to get my steps in every day.
Enter Walking Club.
My daily routine includes a small lift and a walk. I've always just walked out my front door and found a loop that takes me about 30-45 minutes, and it's been great! Listen to music/podcasts/audiobooks, make calls, meditate in silence...but I started thinking about how nice it would be to have some other humans to talk to while I walk! I'm an extrovert so any bonus social time gives me more energy.
So...we just walk?
Yup! We’ll start with a couple times a week, give a meetup location, and go for a walk...together!
